We hate to put it out here as it might disappoint a sizable chunk of Dying Light 2’s fanbase, but the Mistress Sword secret weapon deals 0 damage. But that’s okay, at least they do something, right? Well, true, but, unfortunately, not the Mistress Sword.ĭon’t expect this easter egg to serve a through-and-through mechanical function. Common items in the game don’t deal significant damage nor hold their ground for too long. First off, despite being a Unique-grade blueprint, it provides you with a common-level machete which is undoubtedly pretty flimsy. However, there’s more to the Mistress Sword than what meets the eye. Another benefit of the Mistress Sword being a machete is its low stamina consumption, which is ultimately one of the player’s most prized luxuries at the beginning of the game. It’s actually a machete instead of a sword, so it’s quick, light, and is able to inflict a flurry of attacks within a short span of time. However, the Mistress Sword is entirely against what its name depicts it to be. You now have swords, axes, hammers, machetes, sticks, maces, knuckle dusters, and bows to play with. The developers have done a great job at introducing more variety in weapon type for Dying Light 2. To craft the Mistress Sword blueprint, you’ll need 369 Scraps, which are one of the many in-game resources. The Mistress Sword secret weapon comes in the form of a unique-level blueprint that’s recognized by the purple color code.
